Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American singer and actress who is of Dutch heritage and is the daughter of a Dutch native. She's well-known for her theater performances, and her role as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol is an Dutch base American actress (Female) and singer best known for her recurring roles in a TV series That's So Raven. Also, she collaborated on this song with Raven Symone as well as Orlando Brown. Over It is a song she recorded for Stuck in Suburbs which is a Disney Channel Original Movie. Van der Pol was a member of Disney Channel supergroup The Disney Channel Circle of Stars With which she recorded pop/R&B interpretations of The"Lion King's" Circle of Life and Cinderella's A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes to accompany special editions of the films. In 2006, Van der Pol recorded her own version of the Disney Song Candle on the Water by Pete's Dragon in the context of Disneymania. She recorded several of the tracks from the show which included A Change in Me.
